Donating to Prickley Pear tango lessons??

The Prickly Pear Land Trust has their big fund raiser on 20 SEP http://pricklypearlt.org/eventscalendar/detailedinformation_harvestmoon.asp?ID=1627. They are looking for auction items. Would TangoHelena like to donate six weeks of tango lessons for a couple? If not, would it be okay for Mark & I to purchase them, then offer them for auction?Sundi

If we can afford to make a donation I think this is a great idea! Our finances may not allow it, in which case maybe we could pass the hat to board members so you and Mark wouldn't have to pay for the entire set of classes.

Yes to donation/promtion!
I think it's a great idea to promote local causes with these promotions. I think we can do it as a board, or as a board member to causes that we partcularily want to support.
I think it would be helpful to to offer a demonstration at these kinds of events. We could help with entertainment at the silent and live auctions and also promote our cause!
